The Utah Teacher Fellowship program offers full-time educators high-quality training, support, and the chance to collaborate with state and local policymakers. Launched in 2017, the program has empowered over 80 educators from 17 districts—including 9 Utah Teachers of the Year — to lead improvements in public school teaching and learning. Our fellows have gained recognition through media publications, conference presentations, and established partnerships with Utah's Legislature and State Board of Education.
