Ryan Gimarc is an economic and workforce analytics consultant who has experience working with business and community leaders to draw actionable insights out of complex and technical data. He spent over three years as the head of research for Talent 2025, a West Michigan-based nonprofit working to catalyze an aligned talent system. Ryan successfully elevated the organization to become a regional thought leader in planning for the future of jobs, skills, and competencies. Prior to his time at Talent 2025, Ryan worked for the State of Michigan’s Bureau of Labor Market Information, where he enhanced the Bureau’s use of Geographic Information Systems (GIS). Ryan has a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Michigan State University and resides in Seattle, Washington.
