Jordan brings a fresh perspective to the changing landscape of our healthcare system, weaving together digital health, humanities, public policy, philosophy, and art. When not seeing patients, you can find him debating thought leaders in healthcare, asking, “Isn’t there a better way?” His innovation by irritation genre of instigation led him to a patient follow-up experiment, which ultimately culminated in the $10M financing of HealthLoop in 2013.

Passionate about reimagining healthcare through the lens of relationships, not transactions, Jordan is a mayoral appointment commissioner for San Francisco’s Health Service Board and is Chairman of the Institute for Responsible Nutrition.
