Emily brings experience from the frontlines of the retail sector along with team building and research skills to the Hope Street Group team where she assists with the management of the Retail Opportunity Network.
Prior to joining Hope Street Group Emily participated in Macy’s Stores Leadership Development Program. As she led several large teams of associates in the Northern Virginia market she developed a passion for learning more about employee training and coaching methods. She holds a B.A. from the University of Virginia and enjoys volunteering at the Smithsonian Natural History Museum where she educates guests in the Sant Ocean Hall.
