At Alvarez & Marsal, the world’s largest turnaround and restructuring firm, David focuses on private equity investing, government financial issues, and financial services. He was recently appointed to Governor Andrew Cuomo’s ‘Commission to Investigate Public Corruption.’
David previously served as General Counsel of the U.S. Small Business Administration, where he supervised 450 professionals in 70 offices, and served as the Chief Legal and Ethics official of an independent federal financial agency with $130 billion in lending. David also represented Holocaust survivors in lawsuits that went to the U.S. Supreme Court.
He received a bachelor’s degree from Columbia University and a JD from Fordham Law School.
