Courtney leads engagement and recruitment of Hope Street Group’s expansive and diverse network and directs the organization’s outreach, convenings, communications, and general operations. Courtney was with Hope Street Group during the start-up years of 2007–2010, working on policy and development.
Following, Courtney worked directly with disadvantaged young adults in the DC region through a consortium of community organizations dedicated to improving learning and career opportunities. It is with this same passion that she rejoined Hope Street Group in 2013, connecting her field experience to the importance of policy, to expand economic opportunity. She received her MPA from GWU and her undergraduate from Virginia Tech.
