Chelsey joins Hope Street Group after nearly three years working on health care, tax, retirement, and other various public policy issues affecting the business sector in the Economic Studies program at the Brookings Institution.
Prior to moving to Washington, D.C., Chelsey lived in South America – Chile and Peru – working as an English teacher at all levels of learning from elementary age students to adult professionals. Deeply committed to human rights advocacy, Chelsey is excited to advance economic opportunities and prosperity for all populations.
Originally from Seattle, Washington, Chelsey holds a B.A. in International Studies from the University of Washington.
