Bill Guest is the president and chief solutions architect at Metrics Reporting, a workforce development and talent management consulting firm. He is an author and speaker on Talent Supply Chain Management (TSCM) and evidence-based talent decisions.
Bill’s recent work includes: (1) organizing job families by leveraging O*NET data to improve job grouping, (2) the O*NET-based confirmatory job analysis process, and (3) using high-quality assessments and O*NET data to improve employee selection and career development processes. He is the facilitator of TalNet, the Talent Innovation Network of West Michigan.
