The 2018 Arizona Hope Street Teacher Fellows’ Advisory Report includes survey results and recommendations from the Arizona Hope Street Group Teacher Fellows and more than 700 of their peers from around the state. Teachers shared various suggestions for improving teacher retention, including:

  • Opportunities for teacher leadership;
  • Providing time for peer-to-peer collaboration;
  • Improving school climate; and
  • Providing opportunities for teachers to have a greater voice in local district policies and decision-making
