Kentucky Teacher Fellowship Spring 2016 Data Collection

This report outlines the work led by Hope Street Group’s Kentucky State Teacher Fellows in the Spring semester of Year 3 of the program. This work, including surveys and in person focus groups, resulted in the engagement of thousands of teachers across the state and the creation of recommendations for the Kentucky Department of Education to better understand systems that cause professional growth, current leadership roles that teachers fulfill, how teachers value and promote student voice and teacher capacity and opportunity to lead professional learning throughout the state.
