07 Jan 2015 Fall North Carolina Teacher Voice Report
Thursday, January 7th, 2016
The inaugural Hope Street Group North Carolina Teacher Voice Network report focuses on several topics related to Educator Effectiveness including teacher leadership and evaluation, professional development, and instructional resources. The survey results were gathered from thousands of educators across the state by the 27 Hope Street Group North Carolina Teacher Voice Fellows. They hail from 21 districts and 2 charter schools across the state and, along with thousands of their teacher network peers, represent the high quality of professionals in North Carolina classrooms.
The North Carolina Department of Public Instruction and the Office of the State Board of Education partnered with Hope Street Group to develop the survey in an effort to better engage teachers and to ensure that North Carolina education policy is student-focused and teacher-driven.
