Spring 2015 STF Report on Teacher Leadership and Teacher Hybrid Roles

This report outlines the work led by Hope Street Group’s 22 Kentucky State Teacher Fellows in the Spring semester of Year 2 of the program. This work, including surveys and in person focus groups, resulted in the engagement of thousands of teachers across the state and the creation of seven recommendations for the Kentucky Department of Education to improve teacher leadership and teacher hybrid roles throughout the state.
