Fall 2014 STF Report on PGES Implementation and Teacher Time Utilization

This report outlines the work of the second year of the Kentucky State Teacher Fellows program and the 22 Fellows that lead it. This work, including surveys and in person focus groups, resulted in the engagement of thousands of teachers across the state and the creation of nine recommendations for the Kentucky Department of Education to improve the implementation of Kentucky’s Professional Growth and Effectiveness System.
