Byron G. Auguste
Byron is one of the original founders of Hope Street Group and Chairman of the Board of Directors. A co-creator of the "Building the Opportunity Economy" policy package, he also co-authored the opinion piece in the Boston Globe entitled "The Biggest Tax is Debt", and has represented Hope Street Group in coalition-building discussions with political and business leaders and the media.
Ted Meisel
Ted Meisel joined the Board of Hope Street Group in late 2005, and became Vice-Chairman in 2006. He is a Senior Advisor with Elevation Partners. In that role, he is actively involved in the direction of the Firm's portfolio companies as well as the evaluation of potential investments.
Monique Nadeau
Monique joined the Hope Street Group and the Board in early 2007. As Executive Director, she will manage the organization's operations and provide leadership for the Group's mission to cultivate economic opportunity and prosperity for all Americans.
John Ackerly
John joined the Board in 2006, and has focused on Hope Street Group's strategic direction, organizational model, and impact model.
Karen Alden
Karen Donahue Alden joined the Hope Street Group Board in 2008.  She participated in the team that wrote Hope Street Group's policy paper on pre-K education.
Greg Galle
Greg joined the Board in 2007, after having served on the Communications Advisory Board, and currently assists Hope Street Group with reputation and communication strategy.
Greg is the co-founder and managing member of C2 Group LLC, a consultancy specializing in innovation, reputation, and communication.
Laurie Littlepage
Laurie Littlepage, Ph.D., Director of Health Care Laurie is an active Board member and currently leads Hope Street Group's health care policy team and joined the Board in 2004.
Dmitri Mehlhorn
Dmitri joined the Board in 2006, is a co-founder, and has worked as the Director of Outreach to engage local communities and organizations across the nation on policy issues. His focus is on national and Virginia-based outreach on education and corporate taxation issues.
Carrie Nixon
Carrie served as Hope Street Group's first Executive Director, leaving her position as an attorney in the Washington, D.C. office of the law firm Reed Smith in August 2003 to devote her full-time energies to the Hope Street Group after becoming involved initially as a volunteer.
Tyler Nottberg
Tyler Nottberg joined the Hope Street Group Board in 2003. He has served as Chair of the Nominating Committee and helped coordinate and drive the launch of the Hope Street Group Denver Local Team in 2006.
Kristi Riordan
Kristi Riordan joined the Hope Street Group Board in 2008, and is Vice President of Product Development at Gerson Lehrman Group (GLG), a provider of services and Web-based software designed to help the world's leading financial services firms, professional service firms, corporations, and nonprofits find, engage and manage the world's leading network of experts.Â
Andy Slavitt
Andy Slavitt is chief executive officer of Ingenix, a leading health information and technology company with over 8,000 people in over 45 countries worldwide and one of six reporting subsidiaries of UnitedHealth Group.Â
Andrew Tilton
Andrew is currently serving as Hope Street Group's Policy Director. He has led the efforts to develop the Economic Opportunity Index, a measure of the breadth and depth of opportunity in America today. He has also managed research projects on budget policy, taxation, and trade.
